GENEVA – United States aviation industry (U.S.) Boeing Co. and European rival Airbus are both claiming victory in the World Trade Organization ruling on the dispute over state subsidies.

Previously, Boeing complained that the German Government action will lend Airbus 1.1 billion euros Fund (USD1, 49 billion) for the development of A350 to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Boeing assessing German measures to help Airbus violate WTO rules.

Although saying win, the authority of the European Union (EU) and the U.S. chose silence when asked details of the decision of the WTO. EU and U.S. authorities have received a written verdict sheet in 1000. However, Boeing and Airbus both feel victorious over the dispute over U.S. regulators protest against EU subsidies to Airbus.

According to Airbus, the WTO panel also rejected the U.S. who want keingingan Trade organizations are calling illegal EU loans. However, Airbus acknowledged that the loan from the EU subsidies contain.

WTO decision on U.S. complaint actually been issued in secret in September on an interim decision. Only a few of the interim decision that the WTO panel that filtered back into the final decision is implemented within the next six months.

Protests also replies submitted by the EU to the United States for its aid to Boeing. Protest decision is expected out next year. Analysts assess the jury still will not actually decide who the winner of the dispute.

Commerce Commission spokesman John Clancy EU called on all parties not in a hurry to claim the winner in a dispute over the EU aviation industry and the U.S..

“Only when we get a second report that we will have an understanding of how efforts to move forward, including whether we move towards a negotiated settlement with the U.S., said Clancy told AFP.

WTO decision came out after the EU filed a claim for protection policies do Pertananan Ministry tenders for the procurement of U.S. aircraft fuel filler for Uncle Sam’s Air Force valued at USD35 billion.
